The West New York Housing Authority has been offering shelter and support to township residents since 1949. Today, the WNYHA, led by Robert DiVincent, continues to aggressively pursue alternative development methods for increasing affordable housing in its community while providing its residents with economic development opportunities.

The WNYHA currently owns and operates 714 family and elderly units in eight developments, and administers 316 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.

Our Staff

Including the executive director, there are 52 employees at WNYHA. WNYHA operates under a decentralized management structure with senior staff members reporting to Executive Director, Robert DiVincent, on matters of policy and regulatory operations.
